Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Nigeria seeks to engage the services of a reputable well established and experienced Car Hire Firms duly registered to carryout business in Nigeria to provide vehicular transportation services for UNDP staff members, at a fixed price for a period of One-year initial contract for the ten (10) states within all the LGA’s in Nigeria to be renewed yearly for an additional 2 years. Such services shall be also availed to other UN agency staff on the discounted prices and terms and conditions of the eventual Long-Term Agreement/Contract.

 All qualified vendors that meet with the requirement in the solicitation documents and is interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ should please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFQ and submit it by the deadline for submission of quotation set out in the request for quotation.
