Christchurch Priory is part of a Scheduled Monument, it comprises of the Church, Priory House, outbuildings, churchyard incl. graveyard as well as boundary walls, gates and ruins. The entirety of the site falls within the Christchurch Priory Scheduled Monument (County Ref. DO 829, Nat. Ref. 22962). The site sits further within the Christchurch Central Conservation Area.
The proposed works comprise conservation and repairs to some of the boundary walls, ruins and gates.
