Flat roof repairs to roofs 1, 4, 5 and 7. Full Bauder roof spec (or equivalent) to roofs 3, 3A and 4, with works from VCL upwards to roofs 1, 5 and 7. Parapet wall repairs, new rainwater goods and coping works.
