The Authority intends to conduct a virtual, Early Market Engagement (EME) event on Friday 31st January 2025 between 11:30hrs - 12:30hrs
The event will:
Provide Suppliers with an overview of the FaRDaP IT support and service requirements, procurement process and proposed delivery timescales. The Authority will also make available a separate Request for Information (RFI) document. This document will provide further details that potential Suppliers can use to better understand the core service requirements, as well as a template in which the Authority would welcome and encourage Suppliers to respond. Suppliers who require access to the RFI will be required to complete and sign the Authority Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to protect the confidentiality of any information Suppliers provide as part of the RFI response.
The event will be held remotely via MS Teams.
The Home Office may in the future wish to undertake further EME events, via various means (e.g. meetings, questionnaires) with some, or all Suppliers involved in the process.
Please note that participation, or non-participation in this EME event will not influence or restrict your ability to take part in the further competition.
