Monthly for the rest of the year
This cutting can be increased to weekly if prior notification is given through the identification of any planned sporting events or matches on any fixture lists or where there is a requirement for a specific height of grass cutting for the fixture to be played safely
The contractor will additionally cut and maintain all the recreation ground banks, hedges and boundaries. This cut would normally be conducted a min twice yearly in Jan and Sep. This would include cutting and trimming back all hedges and trees (including obstructive or dangerous branches) around the perimeter and in the play areas

    Play Park and Equipment Inspections

The weekly inspections will be conducted by a member of the contractor's staff who is ROSPA Level 1 trained. The weekly inspections will produce

Photos of any issues or concerns identified during the inspection
Both the schedule and the weekly pictures will be passed by email to (third party) and the Clerk. Third Party will compile these weekly Level 1 inspections to underpin and inform both their responsibility for all aspects of apparatus repairs and their Quarterly ROSPA Level 2 inspections
The contractor will not be required to undertake any playground apparatus repairs including soft closure entry gates. But will have a contractual responsibility to ensure (Third Party) is informed of any issue weekly.

    Refuse Collection
