Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure a gardening contract for both its temporary accommodation properties and the communal spaces for Maidstone Property Holdings Properties (MPH).

The gardens in temporary accommodation units are a mix of private residential and communal spaces with service requirements ranging from basic patio weeding to full-scale landscaping.
