Detailed description
The works comprises the full removal & disposal of the existing roof finishes, slates, timber battens & underlay membrane. Works including specialist removal & disposal of materials containing asbestos. Supply and installation of new terracotta clay plain tile roof finish on new battens on new breather membrane. New ‘Kingspan Thermafit’ flexible pitched roof insulation board fitted between existing rafters, repairs to existing timber roof structure/supports and all associated works as described, at CDETB Terenure Sportsground Changing Pavilion.
