Lot 1(A) Adults Domiciliary Care
Ealing Council invites suitable providers to tender for their Domiciliary Care for Adults aged 18+. The scope of this specification is for the provision of care and support to adults in need who meet the Council's eligibility criteria to receive domiciliary care services in their own home; or other setting such as a care home, supported accommodation, or extra-care sheltered housing scheme.
Lot 1(B) Children Domiciliary Care
Ealing Council invites suitable providers to tender for their Children Domiciliary Care service. The scope of this service is for the provision of care and support to children and young people (aged 0 - 18) who are assessed to need domiciliary care services in their own home; or another care setting such as a community service, children's residential home, or a supported accommodation scheme.
Lot 2 Extra Care
Ealing Council invites suitable providers to tender for their Extra Care Service. The scope of this specification is for the provision of care and support services to be delivered in the Extra Care Sheltered Housing Schemes which support vulnerable adults living in their own homes (in a dedicated building) to maintain / develop their independent living skills, maintain their tenancies, and link them to appropriate services.
Lot 3 Adults day opportunities
Ealing Council invites suitable providers to tender for their Day and Evening Opportunities service. Ealing wants to work with providers of Day and Evening Opportunities which will work with individuals and their families, carers, friends and supporters to maximise their experiences and abilities to live their lives as they wish. This may be through getting a job, entering training or education, accessing health services, leisure opportunities, and socialising.
Lot 4 Floating Support
Ealing Council invites suitable providers to tender for their Floating Support Service. The proposed aims for providing Floating Support are to assist people to develop or maintain their independence within the community, preventing loss of their home or tenancy, and reduce the use of more intensive or institutional forms of care such as a care home or hospital.
