Description

Lot 1 - Construction of 15 dwellings on the former garage site situated at Armson Road, Bedworth, CV79BT.

Lot 2 - Construction of 8 dwellings on the former playground situated between 4 and 14 Cheverel Road, Bedworth, CV12 8HH.

The contractor will be responsible for the design, planning, organisation, control and construction of the works to the Employer's Requirements.
