Description of the assignment: Developing the first phase of an area-based approach for people-centered justice in Tripoli municipality, based on a assessment that will inform evidence-based interventions to support justice, rule of law, and security at the local level.

Country/place of implementation: Tripoli, Libya – Greater Tripoli Municipalities including Tripoli Central, Souq al Juma'a, Tajoura, Ain Zara, Abu Salim, Hay Alandalus, Janzur, Sawani Beni Adem, Qasr bin Ghashir, Sidi Al Sayeh, Asbi'a, Souq al Khamis, Al Garabulli (total 13 municipalities) 

Duration of assignment: Eight months
