To undertake repairs to the Grade II listed Roker Bandstand and Lodge including:
Bandstand:
- Roof Coverings
- Guttering
- Roof Structure
- Timber Soffits
- Cast Iron Supports and Frames
- Masonry Base
Lodge:
- Roof Coverings
- Rainwater Goods
- External Walls
- Windows and Doors
