RFQ Customer relationship management (CRM) technology for managing company's relationships and interactions with clients Detailed description WAP has identified its requirements for a cloud-based CRM system to record and report on its work.
We would now like to proceed with the first phase of the project to record and report on the work of the Tús Programme. However, it is important that, in building the system, technical provision is made such that other work and projects administered by Waterford Area Partnership can be added to the system as the need arises and as funding streams permit.
The CRM will be built with best-in-class database programming languages (e.g., Apex Javascript SQL) that can be effectively and efficiently customised to our requirements by Waterford Area Partnership, or our agents. On completion, Waterford Area Partnership will maintain ownership of the database and the developer cannot assume that any future projects to improve, rebuild, or scale the utility will be awarded to the original developer.
The appointed company will be expected to work closely with WAP through a single point of contact whilst collaborating with the Project Steering Group in the Design, Development, and Implementation of this CRM.
