ESB Smart Energy Services would like to determine market capabilities to deliver a Framework for the provision of Heat-pumps in the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, and Northern Ireland. The scope of the Framework will consist of the design, supply, installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance of Heat-pump systems at commercial and / or industrial sites throughout the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, and Northern Ireland.
