In summary, the Services comprise: Day to day operation of the facility in accordance with Cork City Council requirements, welcoming and engaging with visitors, proactive promotion of Elizabeth Fort and increasing visitor numbers, taking tour bookings, leading/guiding tour groups, adherence to Health and Safety procedures, collecting fees, overseeing events at the facility, organising routine maintenance, carrying out routine cleaning, reporting monthly statistics to Cork City Council, developing new business opportunities for the facility, marketing the facility, meeting the requirements of Cork City Council.
