Detailed description
In 2022, the Food Reformulation Task Force published a report outlining the Priority Food Categories for Food Reformulation in Ireland. This report outlines the 40 priority food categories for food reformulation in Ireland. To do this the Food Reformulation Task Force is seeking a comprehensive data set from a third-party data provider to facilitate monitoring sales weighted average energy (kcal), saturated fat (g) salt (g), and sugar (g) per 100g / 100ml and per suggested serving size (were advised by food product manufacturer) for food products making up 80% of market share for the 40 priority food categories for food reformulation in Ireland.
