April -23 Tender for the supply of Patent Services to MTU
Detailed description
Munster Technological University is seeking tenders from competent service providers for the provision of support on intellectual property matters and to provide associated patenting services.
The services required by MTU will include, but will not be limited to, the drafting, filing and maintenance of patents on the University’s behalf, and may also include the delivery of up to four seminars per annum on IPR awareness to research groups and the preparation of publications across the University, both in the Cork and Kerry Campuses.
Much of this work requires face-to-face discussions between the agent and the inventor(s); hence, visitation by the appointed firms to the University would be required.
The requirement has been divided into 5 Lots and Applicants may apply for consideration for one or more of the Lots. MTU will appoint one successful tenderer for each other.
