1km of upland footpaths over 4 different sites along the existing cliff top path at Sliabh Liag Cliffs
Detailed description
This project will involve the upgrading of approximately 1km of paths over 4 different sections along the 4.5km long Cliff Top Path at Sliabh Liag. The path works will include:
• Stone Pitched path (200m approx.)
• Aggregate path with geotextile matting and geogrid (500m approx.)
• 200m approx of Revetment
• Path drainage provisions (stone water bars, stone cross drains, turved side drains)
• Deposition and treatment of excavated spoil on-site
• Landscaping, peat bunds, fencing and revegetation
