Pavement resurfacing or reconstruction to include resurfacing at five Sites along the National Road Network in County Monaghan.
Works to include site specific works such as replacement of Surface Course only, or combination of Surface Course, Binder Course, Base Course and Sub-Base, including Planing, Bond Coat and reinstatement of road markings. Ancillary works to include limited footpath replacement and High Friction Surfacing.
