Short description 23-031 - Louth County Council Obelisk Bridge Rehabilitation Works Detailed description The main objectives as part of the Obelisk Bridge Rehabilitation Works are to carry out the following rehabilitation works to the bridge: Replacement of existing RC deck slab Installation of waterproofing system to RC deck Grit blasting and installation of a protective paint system for all elements Replacement of elements with significant cross section loss Replacement of rivet missing connections Repointing of abutment pillars and re-installation of copping slabs Reconstruction of approach and departure walls to the South of the Bridge Installation of new road surface and lining on both sides of the structures at Obelisk Bridge, Tullyallen, Drogheda, Co Louth Type of Contract: Works		Contracting authority Louth County Council County Hall, Millennium Centre Dundalk, Co.
