The Works consist of complete refurbishment of the first floor Administration Building and the construction of a two-storey extension incorporating a lift on a fully occupied 'live' complex.
The works include;
- Construction of a two-storey extension incorporating a lift.
- Strip out of partitions, doors, screens, internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes item.
- Strip out of Mechanical and Electrical installations.
- Strip out of kitchenette item.
- Forming opes and infilling floor to Administration Block.
- New partitions, doors, screens, internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
- New Window Installation.
- New Mechanical and Electrical installations.
- New kitchenette.
- Siteworks and drainage.
