Contract for Access to a Database of Building Information Projects
Detailed description
The Health & Safety Authority requires access to an online database of all construction projects (live and planned) in the Republic of Ireland via an intuitive web-based user interface.
The data for each construction project should include:
• scale – approx. value, duration of the build
• type – housing (one-off), multiple housing, commercial, industrial
• location - GPS coordinates for each building project need to be available.
• responsible persons – for example, main contractor, PSCS, PSDP, etc.
The database should indicate the stage of the construction projects, planning commenced, etc. The source of the data should be reputable and statutory-based.
