NCH requires a suitable Human Resource service provider to deliver HR consultancy and organisational development services, as further set out in the Specifications of Service Requirements in Section 1.2.
The successful Tenderer must also be capable of delivering strategic advice and assistance in the areas of HR strategy, organisational development, and have competence to deal with statutory, political, governmental, Public Sector and other key stakeholders. The approximate number of NCH staff is 150 who are all based at NCH on Earlsfort Terrace, in Dublin.
