We provide tailored support to help participants progress in their journey, to deal with their barriers and get into sustainable employment. It is therefore crucial support is accessible and timely.
Due to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking Intervention Partners to meet the high demand for vocational training. The provision will support participants progression into sustainable employment through our CFO Activity Hubs in the South West of England.
Seetec require a provider who can deliver face to face training services on a group / cohort (up to 12) basis. Referrals will come directly from Seetec staff to the provision once a need has been identified.
The delivery locations are:
Bristol CFO Activity Hub, Bristol, BS1 4UL.
Plymouth CFO Activity Hub, Plymouth, PL1 2EX.
The provider must be able to deliver, as a minimum, in one or both of the above premises.
There may also be opportunity, with advanced agreement, to deliver at a Probation Office or prison site within the broader South West geography (or other approved community delivery locations).
The training interventions required include, but are not limited to:
• Bricklaying (entry level, short courses)
• Plastering (entry level, short courses)
• Tiling (entry level, short courses)
• Temporary Traffic Management Training Course
• Health and Safety for CITB CSCS Card
• Food Hygiene
• Barbering (entry level, short courses)
Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received and the successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners.
Payment Mechanism:
Spot purchase basis with no guaranteed volumes. Seetec hold contracts across several government departments, spanning multiple geographies across the South West and England.

Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC)
This procurement is to deliver services in our Bristol and Plymouth CFO Activity Hubs. However, referrals may come from the Employability, Business & Training or Communities & Education business units, which trade under the following names:
- Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC)
- Seetec Pluss Ltd
- Pluss CIC
- NexSphere
- Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company Ltd (KSSCRC)
Standard T&Cs attached for information in addition to these there will be KPIs and SLAs to include:
- Participant progress updates
- Attendance reporting
- Case study submissions
- Contract management reviews
- Progress into work, post course completion
Specific requirements and capabilities:
- Supplier must be able to deliver face-to-face in Seetec's CFO Bristol or Plymouth Activity Hubs.
- Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information).
- Supplier must have experience working with ex-offenders and preferably with additional cohorts of participants (unemployed, economically inactive, SEND).
- Staff delivering the training must hold, as a minimum, Enhanced DBS certificates.
- Supplier must submit the rate card template provided which should include the full list of services they are able to provide.
- Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified.
Framework:
This procurement is for a specific need. However, Seetec will be launching a framework for Intervention Partners who can deliver support services and training to our participants in 2025. The successful supplier in this bid will automatically be included in Seetec's 2025 framework and we do not envisage you needing to reapply for this. Once on the framework, Seetec reserves the right to direct award future contracts to these Suppliers.
