Provision of Employment Assistance Programme to:
• Deliver a cost-effective EAP which maximises value for money for MCC through the delivery of a timely, effective, modern and high-quality service.
• Provide a service that supports MCC aims and objectives relating the health, safety and wellbeing of it's workforce (see Health and Wellbeing Plan 2024-27).
