Description
This notice is placed in order to facilitate early engagement with potential providers,
NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board (ICB) seeks to determine the level of interest in delivering improvements to patient engagement and inbound communication workflows.
This work includes the development of testbeds and / or pilots for some products and functionalities. This will help understand the efficiencies deliverable through at-scale working models supported by appropriate solutions.
The precise scope of the contract is still to be determined but practice staff will be exploring needs and options ahead of a full procurement which will commence in the second half of 2025, ahead of a contract commencement date early 2026.
