Description
BBC Children in Need (CiN) are seeking to procure an online donation solution, providing a secure and compliant donation page which allows the Charity to optimise its income in line with the CiN's Income Generation Strategy.
CiN would welcome responses to this RFI in order to inform our thinking prior to any potential procurement exercise.
Responding to this RFI will allow CiN to build an understanding of current solutions available in the marketplace, and gain feedback on the availability, advantages, and disadvantages of various different solutions on the marketplace, namely:
1. an existing readily-available SaaS solution; OR
2. a bespoke solution build for CiN; OR
3. a plug-in solution which integrates with the BBC CiN website
4. indicative costs/pricing model(s) of your proposed solution(s)
5. timescales for the onboarding of your proposed solution(s)
6. your approach to ongoing support of your proposed solution(s)
7. barriers to the implementation of the proposed solution(s)
Should you choose to respond to this RFI, the BBC will take on board all other responses to the RFI when shaping any future procurement activity.
For the avoidance of doubt, any information provided to the BBC in response to this RFI will be treated as confidential and non-binding. No contract will be awarded as a consequence of this RFI process, however, the BBC anticipates launching a procurement opportunity in the near future.
Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent procurement, nor does it give any advantage in that procurement. The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI in order that the BBC can build an understanding regarding the current and future provision of the project.
