Appendix D has been introduced in conjunction with the original tender documentation published on 14 January 2025.
It modifies the following parts of this document:
• Section 9 - List of Annexes and Appendices
• Annex 3 - Proposal Completeness Form (Please submit this version!)
Any other parts of the document remain unchanged.

The dates related to Intention to Bid, Questions and Submission of Proposals are detailed in the attached RFP document unless otherwise indicated above.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PRE-PROPOSAL BIDDERS CONFERENCE – A non-mandatory conference for bidders will be held via Zoom on 24/01/2025 from 10 am to 12 pm Geneva CH time. Bidders may send questions and comments about the solicitation in writing prior to the bidders’ conference so they can be addressed in an orderly fashion by sending the questions using the Correspondence tab of bidders UNGM accounts.
Please find the Meeting ID, link, and password in the RFP document, Section 4.2, page 22.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) using the WHO electronic tendering portal, via the UNGM portal. To access the full WHO RFP details, request clarifications on the RFP, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered with Basic Level as a WHO vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM.

This Request for Proposals is not opened to Individual bidders.
PLEASE NOTE: WHO normally expects Bidders to express their intention to bid short after the publication of the RFP. Clicking on the blue “Express Interest” or on the “Opt In” button (bottom of the “RFP Document” tab page) is not a formal Intention to Bid. Bidders must refer to the RFP documents to get detailed information on this process.
The timely and successful registration with UNGM as well as the validity and number of contact details entered in the UNGM registration are the sole responsibility of the vendor. WHO cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed communication resulting from a bidder’s inaccurate or wrong registration and will not modify the RFP process or timelines to accommodate such inconvenience.
